What Plotwise is

Plotwise summarises public planning information for a location. It is general guidance only. It is not professional planning, legal or surveying advice, and it does not tell you whether planning permission will be granted.

Accuracy

We use official and public sources (planning.data.gov.uk and council planning registers). These can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and checks are made at the centre of your postcode rather than your exact property boundary. Always confirm with your local council or a qualified professional before starting work or making financial decisions.

The full report

The full report costs £14.99 (including VAT if applicable). It is digital content supplied immediately after payment. By buying it you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the report is shown. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll put it right.
